TD SYNNEX Spain is seeking an Internal Sales Specialist with Dutch proficiency to manage a customer portfolio, develop knowledge of vendors, and drive sales opportunities. You will handle quotes, respond to requests, and support revenue growth within a hybrid work environment.

The role requires English and Dutch proficiency, CRM experience, and the ability to meet revenue targets. It includes collaboration with vendors and BDMs to close opportunities and deliver excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English and Dutch.
• Experience using CRM systems for quotations and order entry.
• Strong sales process understanding and relationship-building.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with customers and vendors through proactive engagement and product expertise.
• Plan and execute outbound calls to generate new business and identify opportunities.
• Meet monthly and quarterly revenue and margin targets.
• Actively sell by gathering customer insights and planning strategic engagements.
• Manage or coordinate projects, involving pre-sales when technical input is needed.
• Provide accurate and timely quotations across relevant segments.
• Maintain CRM accuracy and manage customer backorder expectations.
• Support partner development through account planning and cross-selling.
• Identify project opportunities and collaborate with BDMs when specialized knowledge is required.
