Job summary

TD SYNNEX is seeking an Internal Sales Specialist with Dutch proficiency to manage a portfolio of customers, develop deep knowledge of multiple technology vendors, and drive opportunities to closure. You will quote, respond to requests, and support partners while meeting revenue and margin targets in a hybrid work setup.

Based in a global IT distribution environment, you will leverage CRM tools, maintain accurate data, and collaborate with BDMs on complex opportunities.

Qualifications

• Professional proficiency in English and Dutch.
• Experience using CRM systems for quotations and order entry.
• Strong telephone and communication skills.
• Good understanding of the sales process and targets.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in sales.
• Strong numerical, planning and organizational abilities.
• Knowledge of the IT industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with customers and vendors through proactive engagement and product expertise.
• Plan and execute outbound calls to generate new business and identify opportunities.
• Meet monthly and quarterly revenue and margin targets.
• Actively sell by gathering customer insights and planning strategic engagements.
• Manage or coordinate projects, involving pre-sales when technical input is needed.
• Provide accurate and timely quotations across relevant segments.
• Maintain CRM accuracy and manage customer backorder expectations.
• Support partner development through account planning and cross-selling.
• Identify project opportunities and collaborate with BDMs when specialized knowledge is required.
