Job summary

LCKY Group is seeking a Dutch-speaking Customer Support Agent to join our growing team in Barcelona or Malta. You will deliver high-quality service to players and ensure satisfaction by resolving inquiries via chat and email.

You will handle games, promotions, accounts, and technical issues, assist with KYC, monitor feedback, and collaborate with Responsible Gambling, Fraud & Payments teams, AML to protect customers.

Qualifications

• Native Dutch with a good level of English.
• Proven background in a customer support role, ideally within iGaming.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via live chat and email.
• Provide accurate information and support to players regarding games, promotions, accounts, and technical issues.
• Resolve customer complaints with first contact resolution in mind.
• Assist with account verification processes, including KYC.
• Monitor player feedback and suggest improvements to enhance player experience.
• Collaborate with Responsible Gambling, Fraud & Payments & AML teams to resolve issues and protect customers.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, game updates, and company policies.
• Participate in training sessions and team meetings to improve service skills and product knowledge.
