Job summary

Next Job Abroad is seeking a Dutch-speaking Customer Support Agent in Malta to join our iGaming team. You will help Dutch-speaking players with inquiries, resolve issues, and guide them through our gaming products.

A relocation package is offered to assist you in making Malta your home and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Requirements include fluency in Dutch and English, plus a willingness to relocate.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Dutch and good command of English; additional languages are a plus.
• Experience in customer support or similar role is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with focus on customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support via chat, email and phone to Dutch-speaking clients.
• Address and resolve customer questions and concerns promptly.
• Guide players through gaming services to enhance their experience.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver high-quality service.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Collect and relay customer feedback for service improvement.
• Participate in ongoing training to expand product knowledge.
