Job summary

HP Inc. is seeking a Graduate Commercial Inside Account Executive with Dutch to manage end-to-end account strategy for medium business accounts in Sant Cugat del Vallès, Barcelona, Spain.

The role involves developing acquisition opportunities, retaining clients, and expanding services with internal teams to drive growth. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree within the last year, fluent Dutch, strong English, and up to two years in sales or related roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree acquired within the past 12 months.
• Fluent Dutch is required.
• A good command of English is required.
• Up to 2 years of work experience in sales, account management, or a related role.
• Understanding of sales processes and strategies.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the end-to-end account strategy.
• Expand share-of-wallet (SoW) by developing/closing opportunities with acquisition (new logos), retention, & development mid-sized accounts.
• Drive sales in Personal Systems and Managed Device Services and expand services within the account.
• Maintain and execute comprehensive account strategies.
• Identify & Connect customer strategy, key initiatives & HP offering to build outcome-based sales and substantiating business case aligned to customer key initiatives
• Engage with executives and build customer relationships.
• Manage pipeline growth and ensure customer retention.
• Coordinate with various internal departments to align resources with client needs.
