Job summary

WW Talents is seeking Dutch-speaking Customer Support Agents to join international teams. This 100% remote role from Greece offers a salary of €1,300–€1,500 gross per month (paid over 14 months) with a performance-based bonus up to €250 per month.

Work is Monday–Friday with occasional weekend shifts depending on the project. Provide customer support via phone, email and chat, handling inquiries across products, orders, deliveries, payments, warranties and returns.

Qualifications

• Dutch C1/C2 level
• English B2-C1 level depending on project
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities
• Customer-oriented and solution-focused approach
• Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced international environment
• Basic familiarity with CRM systems and digital tools is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via phone, email and chat
• Handle inquiries related to products, services, orders, deliveries, payments, warranties, and repairs
• Provide after-sales support and assist with returns, replacements, refunds, and warranty claims
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues and guide customers through product setup and configuration
• Handle customer complaints professionally and provide appropriate solutions
• Create and manage customer cases accurately in CRM systems
• Investigate customer issues and determine the most appropriate solution
• Escalate complex cases to the relevant internal teams when necessary
• Provide customers with timely updates regarding their cases
• Complete back-office tasks and maintain accurate customer records
• Use internal tools and knowledge bases to research information and resolve inquiries
• Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach in every interaction
