Job summary

Ww Talents is seeking Dutch-speaking Customer Support Agents to join international teams on-site in Athens or Thessaloniki, Greece. The role covers customer service, after-sales support, and technical assistance across projects. On-site location with Monday–Friday schedule and potential weekend shifts.

Requirements include Dutch proficiency at C1 and English at B2–C1. A full relocation package and a salary of €1,300–€1,500 gross monthly (paid over 14 months) with project-based bonuses are

Qualifications

• Dutch proficiency at C1 level.
• English proficiency at B2–C1 level, depending on project.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide accurate and professional customer support.
• Troubleshoot product, service, account, payment, or technical issues.
• Assist with deliveries, repairs, replacements, refunds, and claims.
• Explain product and service information clearly to customers.
• Manage customer interactions and case information using CRM systems and internal tools.
• Escalate complex issues and follow up until resolution.
• Maintain accurate documentation and meet quality and performance targets.
