Job summary

WW Talents is seeking Dutch-speaking Customer Support Agents to join international teams. Positions are on-site in Athens or Thessaloniki, Greece, with language requirements in Dutch (C1) and English (B2-C1).

The role includes handling inquiries, troubleshooting, and CRM-based case management, with a relocation package and project-based bonuses. Benefits include training, onboarding, and an international, multicultural working environment.

Qualifications

• Dutch proficiency at C1 level (written and spoken).
• English proficiency at B2–C1 level, depending on project.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide accurate and professional customer support.
• Troubleshoot product, service, account, payment, or technical issues.
• Assist with deliveries, repairs, replacements, refunds, and claims.
• Explain product and service information clearly to customers.
• Manage customer interactions and case information using CRM systems and internal tools.
• Escalate complex issues when necessary and follow up until resolution.
• Maintain accurate documentation and meet quality and performance targets.
