Job summary

WW Talents is seeking Dutch-speaking Customer Support Agents to join international teams and work on-site in Athens or Thessaloniki, Greece. The role involves handling inquiries via phone, email, and chat, with opportunities for bonuses and a relocation package including hotel, airport pickup, flight, and real estate support.

Requirements include Dutch at C1, English at B2–C1, and strong communication skills. The work schedule is Monday–Friday with occasional weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Dutch proficiency at C1 level for written and spoken communication.
• English proficiency at B2–C1 level, depending on project.
• Strong communication and active listening skills are essential.
• Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities are required.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide accurate and professional customer support.
• Troubleshoot product, service, account, payment, or technical issues.
• Assist with deliveries, repairs, replacements, refunds, and claims.
• Explain product and service information clearly to customers.
• Manage customer interactions and case information using CRM systems and internal tools.
• Escalate complex issues when necessary and follow up until resolution.
• Maintain accurate documentation and meet quality and performance targets.
