CB Talents is helping a leading e-commerce company find native-level Dutch speakers to join its customer support team. No prior experience required; full training, relocation support, and a clear path to grow are offered.

Work remotely from Greece with a 14-salary, €1,300 gross monthly base, plus bonuses. You'll handle inquiries by phone, chat, and email, resolving issues and growing into roles like mentor, trainer, or QA.

Qualifications

• C1 Dutch language proficiency.
• English at B2 level (used for training).
• Good problem-solving skills and a creative approach.
• Experience in sales or a customer-facing role is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for customers and partners via phone, chat, and email
• Handle after-sales topics: order status, product details, invoicing, and complaints
• Work with a range of internal and external tools to find fast, accurate solutions
• Take on escalated cases and turn them into satisfied customers
• Grow into roles such as mentor, trainer, or Quality Assurance specialist
