• Native or fluent Dutch language skills (spoken and written).
• Experience in customer support is advantageous but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver high-quality customer support to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email and chat.
• Handle inquiries, troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions per service standards.
• Log and manage customer interactions in CRM and ticketing systems with thorough documentation.
• Escalate complex issues according to established protocols.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and support continuous improvement.
• Meet and exceed individual and team KPIs for customer satisfaction and response times.
• Collaborate with teammates to maintain a positive high-performance environment.
• Participate in onboarding and ongoing product knowledge training.
