Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a Dutch-speaking Logistics & Delivery Advisor to join our team in Bulgaria. You will manage end-to-end delivery inquiries, coordinate with warehouses and partners, and proactively monitor shipments to prevent disruptions.
Qualifications include native/fluent Dutch, an EU passport, and prior logistics or customer service experience. Relocation to Sofia is required with a full relocation package and a competitive monthly salary.
Formación
- Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written).
- EU passport is required.
- Experience in logistics, supply chain, or customer service is preferred.
Responsabilidades
- Manage end-to-end delivery inquiries and resolve bottlenecks for Dutch-speaking clients.
- Coordinate between warehouse operations and logistics partners to ensure timely dispatch.
- Monitor shipment statuses to prevent disruptions and provide accurate updates to customers.
- Maintain high service standards in a fast-paced logistics environment.
- Handle complex delivery complaints with professionalism to maximise client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline delivery processes.
