Dutch-speaking Customer Service Agent | Alicante, Spain | €2,095 gross/month + bonus + Relocation package

Want to live in Alicante with a permanent contract, paid training and help moving? We're hiring Dutch speakers for a leading international customer experience team supporting a major telecom brand. Start dates: 19 October or 3 November 2026.

What you'll earn

• €2,095 gross/month (full-time)
• Up to €150 gross/month performance bonus

What you'll do

You're the first point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers. You'll solve real problems (SIM setup, slow internet, TV box configuration) and recommend products and upgrades when they genuinely fit the customer's needs.

Your schedule

Rotating shifts across the week, including some evenings and weekends.
