remoteo is recruiting on behalf of a well-established international customer experience provider that supports a leading telecom brand. We are looking for Dutch-speaking Customer Service Agents to join their team in Alicante, Spain.

You will be the first point of contact for customers with questions about mobile, internet and TV services. You will help customers with technical topics such as SIM card installation, setting up mobile internet, troubleshooting slow connections and configuring TV

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Job description

We are recruiting on behalf of a client: a well-established international customer experience provider that supports a leading telecom brand. We are looking for Dutch-speaking Customer Service Agents to join their team in Alicante, Spain.

About the role

You will be the first point of contact for customers with questions about mobile, internet and TV services. You will help customers with technical topics such as SIM card installation, setting up mobile internet, troubleshooting slow connections and configuring TV boxes. You will also spot opportunities to recommend suitable products and upgrades, always with the customer's needs in mind.

What we are looking for

• Excellent Dutch, written and spoken (C2 level)
• Good working English (B1 level)
• A friendly, customer-focused attitude and strong communication skills
• A proactive, solution-oriented approach to problem solving
• Comfortable with technology and confident with computers
• The legal right to live and work in Spain
• Availability for flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends

What we offer

• Salary of approx. EUR 2,095 gross per month for full-time work
• Performance bonus of approx. EUR 150 gross per month (up to 15% of salary)
• Relocation bonus of EUR 1,500 for candidates already living in Spain (paid after 6 months in the role)
• Flexible contracts of 32, 34, 36 or 39 hours per week
• Permanent contract with a 2-month probation period
• Two weeks of paid training to get you started
• Hybrid working after the initial on-site period
• Clear career paths, for example to Team Leader or Trainer
• Relocation support and HR help with the administrative side of moving
• Start dates: 19 October 2026 or 3 November 2026

Working hours

• Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 20:00, and weekends between 09:00 and 17:30
• Five working days per week, with fixed Monday mornings and Friday evenings
• Three evenings per week until 20:00 and two weekends per month
• Hours can be adjusted to workload without any effect on your salary
