Top Jobs Abroad is seeking Dutch-speaking Customer Support Representatives to join an international team in Alicante, Spain. The role is 100% on-site, with a permanent contract and a 2-month probation.

You will handle customer inquiries by phone, with a focus on online services and no sales tasks. We offer 2 weeks of paid training in-office, followed by 2 weeks on-the-job training, plus relocation support for up to 3 months accommodation.

Formación

• Native-level Dutch language required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Now is your chance! We are looking for motivated Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representatives to join an international team in Alicante.

What We Offer

• Contract: Permanent contract with a 2-month probation period
• Working hours: Choice of 39, 36, 34, or 32 hours per week
• Opening hours: Monday to Sunday, 07:00 23:00
• Note: These are the official project hours. Candidates must be fully available during this time range, as shifts are scheduled accordingly. Preferred shifts may be requested but are subject to approval by team leaders.
• Training: Paid full-time training 2 weeks in-office classroom training, followed by 2 weeks on-the-job training
• Training schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00 18:00
• Workplace: Secure and friendly office environment in Alicante (100% on-site, no remote option)
