WW Talents in Porto, Portugal, is hiring a Customer Support Representative to join an international team. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a high-quality experience for customers across markets.

The role is onsite with 24/7 rotational shifts. Requirements include fluent Dutch, C1 English, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to learn large amounts of product information.

Formación

• Fluent verbal and written communication in Dutch.
• C1 level of English.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to learn, retain and manage large amounts of information.
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Provide professional customer support through verbal and written communication.
• Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints.
• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Support more than one market when required.
• Manage and retain large amounts of product and process information.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and follow established procedures.
• Handle disputes and sensitive situations professionally.
• Prioritize tasks effectively and work with strong attention to detail.
• Demonstrate active listening and empathy in every customer interaction.
• Maintain a high level of service quality in a fast-paced environment.
