WW Talents seeks a Customer Support Specialist to deliver service via phone, email, and digital channels for Dutch and English-speaking customers. You’ll help with registrations, onboarding requests, toll-related inquiries, payments, and account management while ensuring an outstanding customer experience.

You’ll work remotely from Portugal, receive paid training, health insurance from day one, meal and holiday allowances, and productivity bonuses.

Formación

• Fluent Dutch (spoken and written).
• Good command of English.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and digital channels.
• Assist customers with registration and account inquiries.
• Support drivers and transport & logistics companies using the Dutch truck tolling system.
• Answer questions related to roads across the Netherlands.
• Assist with onboard unit requests, toll payments, and customer accounts.
• Support revenue collection and debt communication activities.
• Promote relevant services where applicable.
• Document customer interactions and follow internal procedures.
• Deliver professional, empathetic, and efficient customer support.
