Job summary

Specsavers in Malaga is seeking a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Advisor to join our multilingual team. You will handle calls in Dutch, assist via Live Chat and email, and help customers with online orders, payments, products and promotions.

We offer a permanent Spanish contract with benefits, a €21,000 gross annual salary, a progressive bonus structure, and the option of full-time or part-time hours. The role is hybrid, located in Benalmádena/Málaga, with fully paid training.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch, strong English for training and internal communication.
• Comfort with computers, CRM systems and multiple platforms.
• Customer-focused, patient and professional in challenging situations.
• Proactive and eager to learn Specsavers' products, services and processes.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound Dutch customer calls.
• Support customers via Live Chat and email.
• Help customers with questions about online orders, payments, products and promotions.
• Record customer interactions accurately in the ticketing system.
• Aim for high customer satisfaction and meet team targets.
• With training, assist customers through social media.
