Specsavers in Málaga is seeking a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Advisor to join our Benalmádena office. You will handle customer inquiries across calls, live chat, and email, supporting online orders, payments, products and promotions.

We offer a permanent Spanish contract, €21,000 gross per year, a progressive bonus, full-time or part-time options, relocation support of €1,000, paid training, and hybrid working based on performance.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch; good level of English (training in English).
• Comfortable using computers and multiple systems at once.
• Patient, proactive and team-oriented in a dynamic, international environment.

Responsabilités

• Handle inbound/outbound calls in Dutch and assist via live chat and email.
• Record interactions accurately in the ticketing system.
• Help customers with orders, payments, products and promotions.
• Work toward individual and team performance targets.
• Possibly support customers through social media with training.
