Kats Recruitment in Barcelona on-site is seeking a Dutch and French-speaking Customer Service Representative to handle orders, assist European clients, and provide first-level technical support using SAP and CRM systems. The role requires fluency in Dutch and French with strong English and excellent communication.

You will work a fixed Mon-Fri 09:00–18:00 schedule in a modern Barcelona office, with relocation support and paid training offered as part of the package.

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive, customer-focused Customer Service Representative proficient in Dutch and French to join a high-performing team supporting a leading global technology brand. Based on-site in Barcelona, you will manage orders, provide product guidance, and assist European clients with first-level technical inquiries using CRM and SAP systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage incoming customer calls using the CRM portal.


• Create quotations and process customer orders through the SAP system.


• Communicate accurate delivery timelines and manage client expectations.


• Offer product guidance based on comprehensive catalogue-level knowledge.


• Deliver first-level technical support to help customers select the ideal solutions for their needs.

Requirements

• Languages: Native or fluent in both Dutch and French, with advanced English skills.


• Education: Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.


• Skills & Aptitude: Strong communication skills, commercial awareness, and an interest in technical topics.


• Commitment: Willingness to commit to a long-term role (2+ years).
