Savior Artigos Texteis Lda is seeking a Dutch-speaking customer support specialist to join a remote team. You will be the first contact for customers via phone, chat, and email, handling orders, product details, invoicing, and complaints while using multiple tools to deliver fast, accurate solutions.

English at B2 level is used for training, and you can grow into mentor, trainer, or QA roles. A relocation package supports moving and securing long-term housing, with paid training from day one.

Turn your Dutch into a new life abroad. Our client, a leading e-commerce company, is looking for native-level Dutch speakers to join its customer support team. No customer service experience needed. You get full training, a relocation package, and a clear path to grow.

What you'll do

• Be the first point of contact for customers and partners via phone, chat, and email
• Handle after-sales topics: order status, product details, invoicing, and complaints
• Work with a range of internal and external tools to find fast, accurate solutions
• Take on escalated cases and turn them into satisfied customers
• Grow into roles such as mentor, trainer, or Quality Assurance specialist

What we're looking for

• Native-level or C2 Dutch
• English at B2 level (used for training)
• Good problem-solving skills and a creative approach
• Experience in sales or a customer-facing role is a plus, but not required
