Job summary

CB Talents is seeking native Dutch speakers to join its customer support team. No prior customer service experience is required as comprehensive training, a relocation package, and clear growth paths are provided.

You will be the primary contact for customers via phone, chat, and email, handling orders, product details, invoicing, and complaints. The role offers strong progression prospects into mentor, trainer, or QA positions.

Our client, a leading e-commerce company, is looking for native-level Dutch speakers to join its customer support team. No customer service experience needed. You get full training, a relocation package, and a clear path to grow.

What you'll do

• Handle after-sales topics: order status, product details, invoicing, and complaints
• Work with a range of internal and external tools to find fast, accurate solutions
• Take on escalated cases and turn them into satisfied customers
• Grow into roles such as mentor, trainer, or Quality Assurance specialist

What we're looking for

• Native-level or C2 Dutch
• English at B2 level (used for training)
• Good problem-solving skills and a creative approach
• Experience in sales or a customer-facing role is a plus, but not required

• €1,300 gross/month × 14 salaries
• Productivity bonus of up to 15% of your gross salary, based on target achievement
