Savior Artigos Texteis Lda is seeking native-level Dutch speakers to join its international customer support team. No prior customer service experience is required as full training, a relocation package, and a clear path to grow are provided.

You will be the first point of contact for customers via phone, chat, and email, handling orders, product details, invoicing, and escalations. This remote role offers training from day one and a structured progression into mentor, trainer, or QA roles.

Formación

• Native-level Dutch required.
• English at B2 level for training.
• Good problem-solving skills and a creative approach.
• Experience in sales or customer-facing role is a plus but not required.

What you'll do

• Be the first point of contact for customers and partners via phone, chat, and email
• Handle after-sales topics: order status, product details, invoicing, and complaints
• Work with a range of internal and external tools to find fast, accurate solutions
• Take on escalated cases and turn them into satisfied customers
• Grow into roles such as mentor, trainer, or Quality Assurance specialist

What we're looking for

• C1 Dutch
• English at B2 level (used for training)
• Good problem-solving skills and a creative approach
• Experience in sales or a customer-facing role is a plus, but not required

Compensation

• €1,300 gross/month × 14 salaries
• Productivity bonus of up to 15% of your gross salary, based on target achievement
• €450 gross bonus after completing your training
• €450 gross loyalty bonus after 12 months

The details

• Work model: Remote from Greece
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, rotating shifts between 07:00 and 23:00, with occasional weekends
