Job summary

Lingo-nova in Barcelona seeks a Dutch-speaking sales and onboarding specialist to onboard new clients, grow campaigns, and drive growth in the Dutch market. You will manage a busy client portfolio, learn client goals, and propose tailored PPC solutions while maintaining accurate CRM records.

The role requires strong Dutch (C2) and English, a degree (Marketing/Communications a plus), and 2+ years in sales/marketing. Hybrid work in Barcelona, with room for growth.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2+ years in sales/marketing with a track record of winning clients in demanding, target-driven settings.
• Everyday use of AI tools in your work and experience improving CRM systems.
• Strong Dutch language (C2) and English proficiency.
• Knowledge of GDPR and data privacy rules for compliant outreach.

Responsibilities

• Welcome new clients and learn what they want to achieve and build pay-per-click campaigns.
• Sell by phone, growing client budgets and upgrading existing campaigns.

• Handle a large daily portfolio of accounts and prospects with accurate records.

What You Bring

• Dutch at C2 / native level and strong spoken and written English
• A university degree or equivalent practical experience (a master's in Marketing or Communications is a plus)
• Preferably 2+ years in sales and/or marketing, with a record of winning clients in demanding, target-driven settings
• Everyday use of AI tools in your work and experience improving CRM systems
• Solid knowledge of Dutch business culture, etiquette and the local digital marketing landscape
• Working knowledge of GDPR and data privacy rules for compliant outreach
• Clear, persuasive communication and confidence with detailed ROI questions
• Business sense, with the ability to analyze competitors and market trends
• A self-driven, resilient attitude: independent, but a good team player
• Skill in managing stakeholders, including skeptical clients and multiple agencies

Schedule & Location

• Full-time, 39 hours per week
