Lingo-nova in Barcelona is seeking a Dutch-speaking sales specialist to join our growing international team. You will craft tailored advertising strategies for Dutch-speaking clients and agency partners across the Benelux and help expand our customer base across EMEA.

The role combines marketing and tech, with a hybrid work model, private health insurance, and performance-based bonuses. You will communicate via phone, video calls, and email while tracking ROI and market trends.

Qualifications

About the Role

You will build tailored advertising strategies for Dutch-speaking companies and agency partners, helping expand the customer base across EMEA. What You'll Be Doing

• Strengthen relationships with clients and agencies by offering tailored, performance-driven strategies and introducing additional digital marketing products
• Act as a consultative advisor, helping clients get the best return on their advertising spend
• Hit your sales targets while delivering an excellent customer experience
• Stay in close contact with customers by phone, video call and email

What You Bring

• Dutch at C2 level, plus strong English and French
• A university degree or equivalent practical experience
• 1-2 years of experience in sales or online advertising
• Knowledge of online advertising and video platform products
• Strong communication, time management and analytical skills
• A team-player attitude, adaptability and a customer-first, goal-oriented mindset
• Genuine interest in marketing, technology and online advertising, with the drive to keep learning
• Good understanding of the Benelux market, including cultural and business nuances
• Ability to spot and partner with high-potential growth companies

Schedule & Location
