Lingo-nova in Barcelona is seeking a driven sales professional to join our growing international team. You will build tailored advertising strategies for Dutch-speaking companies and agency partners across the Benelux, helping expand the customer base across EMEA.

In this goal-oriented role you’ll strengthen client relationships, advise on ROI from online campaigns, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver results.

Qualifications

Dutch at C2 level (plus strong English and French).
1-2 years of experience in sales or online advertising.
Knowledge of online advertising and video platform products.
Strong communication, time management and analytical skills.
Team-player with adaptable, customer-first mindset.

What You Bring

Dutch at C2 level, plus strong English and French
A university degree or equivalent practical experience
1-2 years of experience in sales or online advertising
Knowledge of online advertising and video platform products
Strong communication, time management and analytical skills
A team-player attitude, adaptability and a customer-first, goal-oriented mindset
Genuine interest in marketing, technology and online advertising, with the drive to keep learning
Good understanding of the Benelux market, including cultural and business nuances
Ability to spot and partner with high-potential growth companies
Comfort analyzing market trends and customer data
Skill in building relationships with key stakeholders, including skeptical or complex client structures
Confidence answering detailed questions about ROI and platform integration
Awareness of GDPR and data privacy rules, with outreach tailored to the region's strong focus on privacy
