Join a fast-growing team in Barcelona that helps businesses grow through online advertising. As a Dutch-speaking sales and onboarding specialist, you will be a trusted advisor to both start-ups and established companies in the Dutch market. You will bring new clients on board, keep them engaged and find opportunities for growth, all in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

What You'll Be Doing

• Welcome new clients, learn what they want to achieve and build pay-per-click campaigns that deliver quick results and last over time
• Sell by phone, growing client budgets and upgrading existing campaigns
• Spot the needs of Dutch businesses and recommend solutions that fit, including companies with strong growth potential
• Handle a large daily portfolio of accounts and prospects, keeping customer records accurate and up to date
• Reach or beat your sales targets and KPIs
• Build long-term loyalty with stakeholders and answer their questions quickly
• Adapt fast when client needs or business priorities change

What You Bring

• Dutch at C2 / native level and strong spoken and written English
• A university degree or equivalent practical experience (a master's in Marketing or Communications is a plus)
• Preferably 2+ years in sales and/or marketing, with a record of winning clients in demanding, target-driven settings
• Everyday use of AI tools in your work and experience improving CRM systems
• Solid knowledge of Dutch business culture, etiquette and the local digital marketing landscape
• Working knowledge of GDPR and data privacy rules for compliant outreach
• Clear, persuasive communication and confidence with detailed ROI questions
• Business sense, with the ability to analyze competitors and market trends
• A self-driven, resilient attitude: independent, but a good team player
• Skill in managing stakeholders, including skeptical clients and multiple agencies

Schedule & Location

• Full-time, 39 hours per week
• Hybrid model, based in Barcelona, Spain, in a prime office location by the sea

• €23,876 gross per year, plus up to €3,408 gross per year in bonus
