FH Collective Academy in Madrid is looking for a Dutch-speaking Account Executive to own the full sales cycle in a hybrid environment. You will conduct client meetings, manage outbound activities, and drive KPI performance in a fast-paced, international setting. The role requires Dutch fluency and residency in Spain. Monday–Thursday 09:00–18:00, Friday 09:00–15:00, with US time-zone alignment during onboarding.

Formación

• Native or bilingual Dutch required.
• Must already reside in Spain.
• 1–6 years of commercial experience (BDR, SDR, outbound sales, or call center).
• Comfortable with cold calling.
• KPI-driven mindset.
• Availability aligned with the US schedule.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing.
• Conduct client meetings and manage free trial processes.
• Handle a high volume of outbound sales activities.
• Work with system-assigned leads.
• Achieve sales KPIs and contribute to business growth.
• Collaborate with the Customer Experience team to ensure a smooth customer journey.
