Cbtalents is seeking Account Executives in Madrid to own the full sales cycle, engage clients, and drive growth in the Dutch market. You will conduct meetings, demonstrate products, and nurture relationships to close deals in a fast-paced, international team.

The role offers structured onboarding, clear progression paths, an uncapped commission structure, and a hybrid working model in Madrid. If you are target-driven with strong communication skills, we would like to hear from you.

Formación

• Dutch and English communication skills required.
• Must currently reside in Spain.
• 1–6 years of sales or commercial experience.
• Comfortable with cold calling and working towards sales targets.
• Results-driven with strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
• Conduct client meetings and product demonstrations.
• Follow up on leads and convert prospects into customers.
• Maintain accurate sales records and manage customer accounts.
• Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators.
