Job summary

Cross Border Talents seeks a Business Development Manager for the Dutch Market. The role targets generating new business leads in the Dutch market, including cold calling and sending samples to convert prospects into stockists. It is an onsite, full-time position based in Barcelona.

You will manage high-volume outreach, identify potential customers, and persuade them to consider products. Relocation subsidy offered; salary is EUR 35,000 with uncapped bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Fluent Dutch, written and spoken.
• English at C1 level or higher.
• Must have a driving licence.
• Eligible to work in Spain or as EU citizen.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business leads in the Dutch market.
• Make high-volume cold calls to prospective shops (50+ daily).
• Send samples and follow up to secure stockist status.
• Convert interested prospects into signed stockists for the programme.
