Job summary

ADP is seeking a District Manager NL Outbound Client fluent in Dutch to spearhead new business with Fortune 100 to SMB clients via phone outreach. You will own the sales cycle from prospecting to closing and will use consultative selling to position ADP solutions.

You’ll build and nurture relationships, close deals, and cross-sell across the ADP portfolio while enjoying uncapped commissions and opportunities for advancement. This role emphasizes performance, coaching, and continuous learning.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated sales aptitude with closing skills.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Proven outbound sales or cold-calling experience.
• Able to meet monthly and yearly quotas.
• Strong MS Office and general tech literacy.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and exceed monthly/yearly quotas.
