ADP is seeking a District Manager for GER Outbound, fluent in German (C1/C2) with strong outbound sales and closing skills. You will drive new business over the phone, build relationships with Fortune 100 to small clients, and expand ADP’s offerings across accounts.

A strong self-starter with a proven track record in sales is essential. You will join a team that values entrepreneurial spirit and continuous learning.

• Demonstrated sales aptitude and strong closing skills.
• Proven ability to pursue and exceed quotas on a monthly/yearly basis.
• Self-motivated, assertive and persistent with excellent listening.
• Fluent in German and English.
