Job summary

ADP is seeking a Digital Sales Team Manager who speaks Dutch to lead and coach a sales team. You will guide cold calling strategies, build client relationships, and recommend ADP solutions to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the sales team to improve cold calling strategies, build client relationships, and identify client needs to recommend ADP products.
• Drive the business forward by achieving or surpassing sales goals.
• Cross-sell within existing accounts by highlighting ADP products and solutions.
• Collaborate daily with internal and external customers to maintain strong relationships.
