Responsibilities

• Processing formal quotes and orders with accuracy and speed.
• Interfacing with sales and customers to provide information and support pre- and post-sales.
• Serving as liaison between customers and internal teams (sales, service delivery, collections).
• Managing end-to-end customer experience per company processes and compliance.
• Identifying process improvement opportunities and communicating to management.
• Performing routine administrative customer service duties.
