Keysight Technologies SAles Spain SL. seeks a Customer Service Representative in Barcelona who is fluent in Dutch and English to manage end-to-end customer requests.

The role focuses on creating and processing sales quotes and owning issues from quote through delivery and payment. You will collaborate with customers, sales, logistics, and service teams to ensure seamless order handling and issue resolution.

Formación

• Fluent in Dutch and English (mandatory).
• Minimum of 3 years in a complex, fast-paced customer service environment.
• Able to communicate with internal/external stakeholders and maintain relationships.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Detail and process oriented to ensure data accuracy.

Responsabilidades

• Create and process sales quotes and manage the quote-to-payment process.
• Interact with clients, sales, logistics, manufacturing and service teams to fulfill requests.
• Resolve issues by applying company policies and procedures.
• Develop new or improved approaches to processes and tasks.
• Plan and judge client requests with sound reasoning and professionalism.
• Solve diverse customer challenges with excellent problem-solving skills.
