cnx is seeking a Dutch/Flemish speaking Customer Service Advisor I for roles in Spain. You will handle inbound/outbound calls and internet inquiries, resolve routine problems, and maintain client knowledge to meet KPIs.

Responsibilities include empathic communication, accurate record-keeping, and opportunities to upsell, with flexibility to rotate shifts across locations. Local country requirements may apply.

Formación

• High school diploma with 3–6 months of relevant experience preferred.
• Courteous with strong customer service orientation.
• Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge.
• Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally.
• Dependable with strong attention to detail.
• Skilled in multi-tasking and adaptable to changes.
• Tolerance for repetitive work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work as a team member or independently.
• Demonstrate patience in all customer contact situations; maintain a pleasant and professional tone.
• Ability to rotate shifts, as needed.
• Based on location/program, additional experience/skills may be required.
