People Hive is supporting a client in Valencia to hire a Customer Experience Specialist (Dutch) for an on-site, full-time role in e-commerce. You will handle customer support, resolve complex cases, coordinate with cross-functional teams and drive continuous improvement while using Dutch and English daily.

• Native/near-native Dutch and fluent English
• Minimum 1 year of fast-paced customer-facing experience
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Calm and resilient under pressure
• Comfortable working with KPIs and multiple channels
• Based in or near Valencia, with EU work eligibility (no visa sponsorship)
• Available to start ASAP
