Job summary

Manpower España in Barcelona (Diagonal Mar) is seeking a Customer Success Representative fluent in Dutch to support partners across Europe, driving customer satisfaction, retention and revenue growth while building strong relationships and resolving challenges.

This is a 6-month temporary contract with a hybrid work model: 3 days from home and 2 days in the office.

The role requires native Dutch and professional English, 1–2 years in customer-facing roles, and a proactive, customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in customer-facing roles (CS, sales, or consulting).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Commercial, customer-first mindset.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Native Dutch speaker.
• Professional level English.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main contact for partners in your territory.
• Deliver outstanding customer experience and drive engagement.
• Support onboarding, issue resolution, and adoption of cloud solutions.
• Build relationships and identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Vendor teams to ensure partner success.
• Gather partner feedback and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor retention and revenue metrics.
