ALEX & GROSS GmbH in Barcelona is seeking a Customer Care Agent (Dutch market) to handle inbound inquiries from Dutch-speaking and international B2B customers via live chat, email, and phone.

You will work closely with sales, product, and technical teams to resolve technical and product questions, document interactions accurately, and maintain up-to-date CRM records in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in Dutch (C2) and English (C1) is required.

Formación

• Experience in B2B inbound support or inside sales.
• Confident handling of customer communication via chat, email, and phone.
• Strong interest in software solutions and digital tools.
• Customer-focused with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
• Well-organized, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written Dutch (C2) and English (C1).
