You will support customers on technical and product-related questions with a solution-oriented mindset, document interactions accurately, and keep CRM data current.

• Experience in B2B inbound support or inside sales.
• Strong handling of customer communication via chat, email, and phone.
• Strong interest in software solutions and digital tools.
• Customer-focused with proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
• Well-organized, reliable, and comfortable in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communications in Dutch (C2) and English (C1).

Responsabilidades

• Be the first point of contact for Dutch-speaking and international B2B customers via live chat, email, and phone.

Your profile

• Previous experience in B2B inbound support or inside sales
• Confident handling of customer communication via chat, email, and phone
• Strong interest in software solutions and digital tools
• Customer-focused, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
• Well-organized, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills in Dutch (Level C2) and English (Level C1)
