MSX International in Madrid seeks a Dutch Automotive Technical Helpdesk Agent to assist retailers and independent workshops with diagnostic and repair guidance. You will respond to inquiries by phone and email, guiding technicians through repair processes and ensuring precise case documentation.

The role requires 2–5 years automotive experience, a degree in automotive technology, and fluency in Dutch and English. EV knowledge and HV certification are advantageous in a global mobility environment.

• Experience with diagnostic tools in automotive settings.
• 2–5 years in automotive environments, preferably in a dealership or workshop.

Responsabilidades

• Provide diagnostic and repair guidance to retailers and workshops.
• Answer inquiries via phone and email and document cases accurately.
• Collaborate with dealers, technicians, and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Escalate complex cases when needed and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Support training and knowledge sharing on products and diagnostics.
