MSX International is seeking a German Automotive Technical Helpdesk Agent to join our Madrid office. This full-time role provides diagnostic and repair guidance to retailers and independent workshops across Europe, answering inquiries via phone and email and documenting cases in internal systems.

Candidates should have at least five years of automotive experience, a degree in automotive technology, HV certification is a plus, and fluent German and English.

Formación

• Five years of automotive experience, ideally in a senior dealership workshop.
• Degree in automotive technology or equivalent.
• Fluent in German and English.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical support across systems, focusing on diagnostics and root cause analysis.
• Resolve technical inquiries from dealers and internal teams.
• Guide dealers through repair processes and ensure accurate case documentation.
• Collaborate with dealer technicians and internal teams to resolve complex issues.
• Document cases and technical data in internal systems.
• Engage in training and product knowledge exchange.
• Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and dealership staff to share insights and trends.
• Occasionally conduct vehicle testing and servicing arrangements.
• Escalate cases when necessary with complete information.
