MSX International is seeking a Dutch Automotive Technical Helpdesk Agent to join our office team in Europe. You will support Authorized Repairers and Independent Operators across Europe with diagnostic and repair guidance.

The role requires 2–5 years of automotive experience, a degree in automotive technology, and fluency in Dutch and English. HV certification is a strong plus, and you will use diagnostic tools to resolve issues and document cases.

• Must have automotive industry experience and ability to diagnose complex issues.

Responsabilidades

• Provide expert technical support across diagnostics and root-cause analysis.
• Respond to inquiries from dealers, internal teams, and workshops via phone and email.
• Guide dealers through repair processes and ensure accurate case documentation.
