Job summary

IQVIA in Madrid is seeking an English native speaker to join our Madrid Production Hub as part of building a stable panel of healthcare professionals for market research studies. You will recruit doctors, establish trust, and maintain updated records while supporting participants through follow-up conversations about questionnaire completion.

Qualifications

English native speaker with excellent communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Excellent telephone and email communication.
Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
Experience working for multinational corporations is an advantage.
Role involves documentation, mailings, troubleshooting, and translations when needed.
Office-based for the first six months, with hybrid work available thereafter.

Responsibilities

Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation.
Call doctors to invite them to market research studies and join the panel.
Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to maximize participation.
Ensure participation rates across the assigned doctors using various channels.
