Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a dedicated recruiter to build and maintain a panel of doctors for market research studies at our Madrid Production Hub office. You will recruit doctors, engage them, and follow up on their questionnaire status while maintaining up-to-date healthcare professional information and handling queries with professionalism.

The role requires French native fluency and strong English skills for trainings and internal communications.

Qualifications

• French native speaker required.
• Good working knowledge of English for trainings, meetings and internal communications.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills; experience with multinational corporations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation. Create doctors' engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to maximise participation rate.
• Ensure participation rates among your assigned pool of doctors using various communication channels.
