Zusammenfassung

IQVIA is seeking an English native speaker to join our Madrid Production Hub and build a robust panel of doctors for market research studies. You will recruit doctors, engage them, and manage follow-ups to maximize participation while maintaining updated records.

Office-based for the first six months, with hybrid working available thereafter based on performance. Excellent communication, attention to detail and organizational skills are essential in this role within a multinational environment.

Qualifikationen

• English native speaker required.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills.
• Experience working for multi-national corporations is an advantage.
• Further tasks include documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and translations of text passages.

Aufgaben

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation.
• Create doctor’s engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to our market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
• Ensure expected participation rates amongst your assigned pool of doctors by using different communication channels and arguments.
