Job summary

IQVIA seeks a FR native speaker to recruit doctors into a panel for market research studies at our Madrid Production Hub. You will establish trust with Healthcare Professionals and manage ongoing communications to ensure questionnaire completion and engagement.

You will call doctors to invite participation, maintain updated records, and support translations and documentation as needed. Fluency in English and strong organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• French native speaker is required (FR).
• Good working knowledge of English to participate in trainings, meetings, and internal communications.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills.
• Experience working for multi-national corporations is an advantage.
• Further tasks could include documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and translations.

Responsibilities

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation. Create doctor’s engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to market research studies and join the panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
• Ensure participation rates among assigned doctors using different channels and arguments.
