Deel is seeking a Staff Product Designer to join the Design System team. You’ll drive the evolution and adoption of Deel’s design system, create scalable UI components, and ensure accessibility and localization across web and mobile.

You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to elevate product quality and delivery speed. The role focuses on advanced component architecture, design tokens, and tooling with Figma, React and TypeScript.

Formación

• Demonstrable exploratory experience with the Figma MCP server.
• Experience with Figma Plugin API and internal tooling.
• Familiarity with MUI (Material UI) component library and architecture.
• Front-end experience (React, TypeScript) and design-token-driven development.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the evolution, documentation, and adoption of Deel's design system across web and mobile.
• Develop reusable, scalable components and data grids, form builders, and navigational patterns.
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure design system tooling, linting, and handoff processes.
