• Strong understanding of SEO aligned with paid campaigns and commercial goals.
• Experience managing external agencies and holding them accountable for results.
• Comfort working in fragmented setups with incomplete reporting and tracking.
• Clear data-driven decision making with imperfect data.
• Strong stakeholder and cross‑team communication, with clear reporting and prioritization.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Define and own the digital strategy, tailoring approaches by market maturity, brand positioning, and competitive dynamics.
• Own SEO and support growth and content teams to optimize assets for organic and AI performance.
• Manage external agencies, challenge delivery, ensure alignment and control spend.
• Assess channel expansion opportunities per market and align growth with market potential.
• Own paid media budget allocation across markets, channels, and funnel stages; optimize spend by performance.
• Set expectations for agency resources and drive an agency roadmap with campaigns, tests, and deliverables.
• Challenge the agency to introduce innovative ideas and optimization opportunities.
• Hold agencies to KPIs (ROAS, CPA/CPL, conversions) with regular reviews and reporting.
• Provide strategic, data-informed guidance to three internal campaign managers.
• Analyze marketing data from platforms during tracking build-out and attribution.
• Propose interim tracking/reporting solutions and assist Campaign Managers in interpreting performance.
• Foster a culture of continuous testing, learning, and optimization across paid and SEO channels.
