EnnovationHUB in Barcelona is seeking an Analytics Head of Performance Marketing to mentor and lead a small team focused on Google Ads and Meta Ads. You will have a business view on profitability metrics and ensure profits grow before revenue margins shrink.

You will manage a yearly budget of about 3 million USD across markets (US, UK, EU) and work with the co-founder to adapt the marketing strategy. A hands-on leader with strong analytics, PPC expertise, and experience using ClickUp and Google

• Demonstrable +2 years hands-on Google Paid Search experience.
• Demonstrable +1 year experience in Meta Ads.
• Proven track record in managing a small marketing team.
• Hands-on approach to workload.
• Understanding of media metrics and business KPIs in e-commerce context.
• Numerical skills with Google Sheets.

Responsabilidades

Job description

ennovationHUB is a leading online e-commerce retailer in the home and living niche. From our new office in downtown Barcelona, we market and sell premium furniture through local website brands in the US, UK, and EU, with more than 70,000 happy customers worldwide.

We are now looking for an analytics Head of Performance Marketing (Barcelona-based) who will be responsible for mentoring and leading our performance Marketing team, with a strong focus on Google Ads andMeta Ads.

The successful candidate will have a business view and understanding of profitability metrics, will ensure that profits are grown before revenue growth reduces margins, and have strong experience within Google Ads & Meta.

• Day-to-day manage, mentor, and growa performance marketing team for up to 4 people (two forMeta Ads;two for GoogleAds)

  • This role requires a person with strong people and analytics skills;

• Together with your team and co-founder, managea yearly budget of ±3million USD across Google Ads and MetaAds within the target markets; (Online E-Commerce stores in the US, UK, and EU)

• Carefully adapt and execute the company's marketing strategy;

• Ability to work structured and confidence in project management tools such as ClickUp;

• Hands-onapproach to job tasks: this role requires a candidate with a solid hands-on approach and a proven track record in hands-on experience within Google Ads and Meta Ads;

• Conduct data analysis and reporting to ensure an accurate account of marketing costs;

• Monitor and improve campaign performance;

• Identify complex challenges and present and communicate solutions to the critical internal and external stakeholders;

• Monitor industry trends with a view to opportunities to translate and execute them into the business;

• Demonstrable +2 years ofhands-on Google Paid Search experienceis required for this role. This includes but is not limited to the following:

  • Experience in implementing text and shopping campaigns and strong knowledge of PPC best practices regarding structure, optimization, and implementation;

  • Experience in Social and Display campaigns is a plus but not required;

  • Strong understanding of Google Adwords and Google Analytics;

• Demonstrable +1 yearexperience in Meta Ads;

• Proven track record in managing a small marketing team within digital marketing; (mentoring and growing people)

• Hands-on approach to workload;

• Understanding of the relationship between media metrics and business KPIs in an e-commerce context;

• Numerical skills and experience in using Google Sheets, with an interest in how technology can facilitate or automate our work;
